Beth Cowan
Beth began her professional career 30 years ago in the offices of Maguire Thomas Partners after receiving her degree from Pepperdine University. In 1990 she was the Director of Tenant Improvements for JMB, responsible for the build-out of over 5 million square feet of space in Los Angeles, Phoenix, AZ and Houston TX. Over the next few years she continued to work for large development companies where she was responsible for the development and construction of Spago Beverly Hills and other high-profile commercial properties. Spending 13 years working with Planning Partners, Beth was responsible for developing large, single-family estate properties throughout Los Angeles.
Finally launching BETH COWAN Project Management (BCPM) in 2013, the firm focuses primarily on high-end estate development and construction, emphasizing her experience in entitlements, team management, budget and schedule control and reporting. Additionally, BCPM has become an all-female construction management firm and is focused on educating and elevating women in the field of construction.
Some of Beth’s most recent projects include the completion of a 28,000 sq. ft. residence in Bel Air, a 12,000 sq. ft. private residence in Beverly Hills, and the development of a 40,000 sq. ft. residence in Denver, CO., a 10,000 sq. ft. residence in Pacific Palisades, the remodel of a John Lautner house on Carbon Beach in Malibu, the restoration of a historic estate in Beverly Hills, and the development of a 14,000 sq. ft. farm house in the Pacific Palisades and a 40,000 sq.ft. residence also in the Pacific Palisades. Projects range from $5 Million to $100 Million.
Nadia Estevez
Nadia comes to the BCPM team with 10 years’ experience in construction in both the private and public sectors. As the role of Project Manager, Nadia is dedicated to day-to-day operations of the general contractors and consultants on projects. She offers technical support and coordination to the project teams ensure project success.
